We understand that monthly coaching can be time-consuming since it’s our desire is to be in communication regularly. This doesn’t always work for everyone. So, we wanted to offer some options for those who are willing and able to be more independent.

How it works:
  • If you know which option you’d prefer, select that option and fill out the application form
  • Once we receive the application form we will contact you within 24-48 hrs (if submitted on a business day)
  • Sometimes scheduling a Coaching Call can be helpful to determine which option would be best for you.

Who Is It For?
  • This is a great option for an athlete that feels confident in their ability to execute a program on their own.
  • This option does not include coaching, although it does include 1 follow-up email within 1-2 weeks to be sure your program suits your needs.
  • Each of these programs also includes the option to join our community group on Slack. Check out what Slack is here.
  • These services would be a great option for someone who also takes advantage of the Coaching Calls and we set up an action plan. They can use the action plan we create to decide which program is best for them.
  • Great option for an advanced athlete looking to have custom programming, but doesn’t need the coaching in order to stay on track.
  • Great option for someone looking to have a healthy starting place, but might want to make adjustments on their own based upon what they’re learning and their body’s bio-feedback.

Who Is It Not For?
  • These services are not offered to contest prep athletes that are in season, but would be an option for a competitor in their improvement season where the regular communication isn’t crucial to their progress.
  • This is not a good option for someone who struggles to be consistent
  • This is not a good option for a beginner who has a lot of questions

Custom Macronutrient Plan

Custom Macronutrient Plan Includes:

  • No on-going coaching, but you are paired with a coach who creates a customized program for you with meal timing and supplement suggestions.
  • Includes 1 touch base checkin with your assigned coach to be sure your program is working well for you.
  • Access to our private community group to ask questions when needed.

$200 USD — Spaces are limited!

Custom Meal Plan Template

Custom Meal Plan Template Includes:

  • Either using new macros I give you from a custom macronutrient plan or using current macros you might already have a meal plan example template for you to follow based on your goals and schedule.
  • Access to our private community group to ask questions when needed.
