- This session is for you if you don’t know where to start or your current approach has stopped working and you’d like to discover some areas you can improve and refine.
- I will help you cut straight to the chase and discover some simple adjustments that you can make immediately to get out of your rut and back to making progress. After I review your questionnaire, we will schedule a phone call to discuss your plan.
Strategy & Planning
- This session is for you if you need help sorting through your goals and would like progressive steps that you should take for the next 8-12 weeks.
- I will help you discover the simple adjustments that you can make to see positive changes and outline which adjustments to make over the coming months in an order that gives you the most return for your effort.
“Touch-Base” or Basic Questions
- This session is for you if you’re an athlete who prefers to take advantage of the non-coaching training and macro plans.
- This is also a great option if you’re an off season, non-competitor or future competitor trying to sift through information or set goals for the next season.
How It Works:
Purchase your program:
- Once you decide to purchase a coaching call session you will select NEW or RETURNING athlete, BUY NOW option and complete your purchase.
- Once pay you will then be directed to a page to answer a few questions about our call.
- Once you’ve answered the questionnaire you will be directed to a page to schedule our call where you can choose phone or video.
- Once I receive this scheduled appointment I will contact you and confirm all the info you’ve filled out.
- Since the coaching calls can cover so many various topics I will review your questionnaire and confirm your appointment.
- Once we complete the call you will have a chance to discuss future goals or purchase any programs that could help you reach your goals.
Who is this for?

- Someone who wants a specific program. We can use our time to set up goals, but the call itself will not provide any specific training or nutrition information.
- Someone who doesn’t have specific question. Anyone can benefit a coaching call if they have questions and some ideas already in mind.
