This post is to help those of you measuring your foods to do so easily and accurately. Weighing foods over using measuring cups and spoons proves to be more accurate EVERY.SINGLE.TIME! When you have any type of physique goal accurately portioning your food is very important!

Check out these videos when measuring Butter, nut butters, jelly, jam, or sauces in a jar. I do this for any items that are easier to take out of the jar rather than put them back in it.
