In 12 short weeks, Kala has played an integral role in my life. I am very grateful to have had such a patient, thorough, detailed, dedicated, and passionate coach.  Kala didn’t just hand me a set diet and workout routine and let me go.  She walked me through it all giving me just enough information about macros and flex dieting that I was able to do my own homework and came up with nutrient dense meals that I knew I would enjoy.  This forced me to learn so much about food.

I thought I ate healthy before, but I was wrong.  And I am so thankful for the knowledge I have obtained with this program.  Meal prepping has been a Godsend in my life.  With my busy schedule as a nurse and grad student, being able to have the majority of my meals prepared a week in advance has taken a tremendous weight off my shoulders.

I cannot express enough just how thankful I am to have had Kala as my coach.  She has given me the tools I need to continue on with bodybuilding.  I have lost many inches off my entire body when I didn’t know I had so much to lose.  I have gained and am continuing to gain a significant amount of muscle mass.  In Kala’s words, I am “laying bricks”.  I am excited to see what my future holds and I look forward to the day I can work with Kala again.  I can truly say I have become an athlete for life.
