I now have a better understanding of my body since I started the program. I never realized how much stress and lack of sleep negatively impacted my fat loss efforts.

I am currently learning how to manage stress and manage time, it has not been the easiest, but in 12 weeks I lost 9 pounds so far!!! That’s awesome and seeing how far I’ve come gives me strength to keep going!!! Me vs Me, all day!!!
