As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I already knew how to set goals. However, Kala helped me to achieve them. She held my hand every step of the way with nutrition, posing, and overall preparation for the competition. She left no question unanswered. There were days that were tougher than others, especially being the mother of 2 active boys and a wife.
However, I felt like I could talk to Kala about my struggles and she was able to comfort me and motivate me to maintain and stay on course. It was easy to follow her lead in nutrition, posing and prep/exercise. She leads by example and provides an overall calmness that’s irreplaceable. Competing in this show and having Kala’s guidance was an amazing experience.
